How to File a Complaint
If you have a complaint about a NSDCAR member, we want to hear about it. We take our duties seriously as REALTORS®, and hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
If You File a Complaint
Include a narrative description of the circumstances and facts surrounding the complaint, being as specific as possible.
Attach copies of all relevant documents such as listing and sales contracts, letters, etc. labeling these as Exhibit 1, etc.
Please make six copies of the complaint package and forward it to the Professional Standards Administrator of the Association, which has jurisdiction over the complainant.
Due to the statewide stay-at-home order, all NSDCAR Offices are closed until further notice but we are still here behind the scenes during our normal business hours to help you!
