Pocket Listings
The issue of taking a listing and not making it available to agents throughout our Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is what everyone is talking about, isn’t it? It’s the “Pocket Listing Scandal”.

CAR has done an excellent flyer on it as well as items in our e-mail and in our magazine. Zipforms has a form for submission of a “pocket listing” as does Sandicor. NAR is dealing with it at the national level.
