The North San Diego County Association of REALTORS® (NSDCAR) and the Pacific Southwest Association of REALTORS® (PSAR) have signed an agreement to provide shared services to one another’s members. What does this mean for you?
Marketing sessions from around the county will be open to all agents. Services like retail pricing on store items will be available to all members and if there is a class or event being hosted, members from either association will benefit from member pricing and service.
The two associations are collaborating and look to continue our collective goal of providing local support for members who operate businesses that are focused on local communities. Raylene Brundage, 2016 NSDCAR President, said, “This agreement will support members who do business anywhere in San Diego County. Members from both Associations will be welcomed to attend marketing sessions that promote listings and match buyers and sellers throughout the county. Also, if there is a class or event being hosted, then members from either Association will benefit from member pricing.”
Anthony Andaya, 2016 PSAR President, said, “This is an immediate benefit to members of both Associations. It means more value, easier access to great service, and more coverage for all our members all at the same low cost. In addition, many REALTORS® are now practicing business countywide. So, this agreement will help to ensure they get what they need when they need it, especially when they are out in the field.”
As the associations continue to prepare for the future, look for more local support and innovation. NSDCAR and PSAR are focused on the core businesses that make associations valuable to their members. Look for more to come in the near future!
