SENTRILOCK TIPS
How To Download Your
Card Reader
- Visit www.Sentrilock.com to install the card reader software to your computer.
- After software is installed you can put your SentriCard into the reader (make sure you are still connected to the internet).
- The reader will automatically bring up your member number.
- Type in your password and click renew.
- Leave the card in the card reader until the prompt "You have successfully updated your SentriCard."
The SentriCard Update
Frequency Has Been Changed!
Sandicor Board of Directors approved a change in the update frequency for SentriCards. The update frequency has been changed from one day to three days. You are encouraged to update as frequently as possible. The three day update frequency will allow you to update on a Friday and use your card throughout the weekend before needing to
update again. You are also encouraged to update your card as soon as possible after a showing to provide current and updated showing information on
the system.

TWO NEW FIELDS have been implemented in TEMPO 5;
Court/Lender Approval Needed and
Mandatory Remarks.
These fields are essential to those members listing a
short sale. When you list a short sale, you are REQUIRED TO INDICATE "Y" IN THE COURT/LENDER APPROVAL NEEDED FIELD.
Later, when the seller has accepted an offer and you are waiting for lender approval, you do NOT have to change the status of the listing to pending, BUT YOU MUST EDIT THE MANDATORY REMARKS by using the drop down menu and choosing "Offer Accepted Pending Lender Approval of Short Sale."
