New Member Orientation

All new NSDCAR members applying for REALTOR® membership for the first time must attend a New Member Orientation program before becoming a member. This requirement must be fulfilled within 60 days of submitting a new member application. Failure to complete this requirement within 60 days will result in termination of membership.

The New Member Orientation program covers topics necessary for you, as a REALTOR® to conduct yourself professionally and ethically, including Professional Standards, Anti-trust Agency and Fair Housing.

You will learn about all of the member benefits of your membership, meet NSDCAR Leadership and staff and discover how your membership works for you!

There is no cost for the live Orientation program. The program is presented at our Vista Administrative Office (906 Sycamore Ave., #104, Vista, CA 92081).

Your orientation will be scheduled at the time you submit your membership application.

Exemption: If you were a member in good standing with another REALTOR® Association with the last year and you completed an orientation program with Code of Ethics of not less than two hours and thirty minutes of instructional you are exempt from this mandate. Contact your previous Association for proof of completion of the required orientation and ethics course.
