Update Your Information

To change your email address, phone number(s), fax number(s), preferred contact and/or billing method, or website address, you may access our Agent Update automated form on our website.  Complete the form with only the information you wish to change and click the “Update My Information Now!” button at the bottom of the form. This will immediately email your desired changes to our Member Services Department, who will contact you for confirmation prior to making the desired change. Alternatively, you may log into the Internet Member Services section of the website and make the desired changes to your member record.  Your Logon ID is your six digit MLS number. If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot your password” and it will be emailed to you.  After logging in, click on “Personal Information” and make changes. NOTE: All submitted changes will require 24 to 48 business hours to propagate throughout the system!

Electronic Communication Consent Form

The Electronic Communication Consent Form allows NSDCAR to communicate with you on important issues electronically, versus through first class mail. There are several reasons why electronic communication makes sense today:

  • It is fast and convenient
  • Saves money that could otherwise provide more services for members
  • Creates a smaller carbon footprint
  • More and more, organizations are communicating to their members and customers electronically

    To change your phone number  click on the Member tab on our home page.  Login in to the Internet Member Services section of the website.  Your Logon ID is your six digit MLS number.     Use any of the following methods.

If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot your password” and it will be emailed to you.  After logging in, click on “Personal Information” and make changes.
    • 2. Visit the Update NSDCAR Member Info. Page  You can enter any information that needs to be changed here.
    • 3. You may also email the Membership Department at membership@nsdcar.com.

    Transferring to Another Office

    If you transfer to another office, complete the Member Transfer Form. When transferring offices with an active listing, you must also complete a Listing Transfer Application Form.

    Letter of Good Standing Requests

    Members applying for reciprocal, secondary, and/or transferring to another REALTOR® association may request a Letter of Good Standing. The purpose of the Letter of Good Standing is to show that you are current with CAR and NAR dues, MLS fees, and REALTOR® ethics requirements. Members will only be given a Letter of Good Standing if they have paid all current membership dues and fee to NSDCAR. All requests for Letter of Good Standing must be in writing or by email.

    To Inactivate an Agent

    To inactivate (or drop) an agent complete the Severance Form .

    The form must be signed by the Broker of Record for the office inactivating the agent.
