NSDCAR Membership

To apply for NSDCAR membership please submit the following documentation.

Complete NSDCAR Membership Application, including responsible broker’s signature.
Copy of the California Department of Real Estate salesperson’s or broker’s license.
Copy of your picture ID (driver’s license, etc.) Payment of the appropriate dues amount.
If you have previously been a REALTOR® member of another association, please supply us with your NRDS# and a letter of good standing.

Complete signed application can be faxed to (760) 734-3976, mailed, or hand-delivered to any of our five service centers or our main office at 906 Sycamore Ave., 104, Vista, CA 92081.

REALTOR® Membership

Designated REALTOR® (Broker of Record) With MLS

A licensed Real Estate Broker wishing to join NSDCAR must submit a completed “Broker” new member application along with a copy of their license and full payment of all applicable fees. A broker may be self-sponsored or they may be the managing broker of a licensed office. If their firm has a name different from their own, they must also submit a copy of their office’s license or DBA/articles of incorporation from the Department of Real Estate.

REALTOR® Membership (Agent) with MLS

This membership includes full REALTOR® membership  with MLS subscription. A licensed Real Estate Salesperson wishing to join NSDCAR must be employed by a broker member of NSDCAR. An agent cannot join NSDCAR unless their broker belongs to NSDCAR. An agent wishing to join NSDCAR must submit a completed REALTOR® new member application signed by their managing broker along with a copy of their DRE license, photo ID and full payment of applicable fees.

REALTOR® Membership – No MLS

This membership includes full REALTOR® membership  without MLS subscription.A licensed Real Estate Salesperson wishing to join NSDCAR must be employed by a broker member of NSDCAR.
