Professional Standards

The North San Diego County Association of REALTORS® Professional Standards program provides information about the National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics, to which all REALTOR® members are bound. Also provided is general information on arbitration and mediation and the difference between the two.

NSDCAR offers a full program of dispute resolution for problems arising:

•    among and between REALTORS®
•    between REALTORS® and their clients
•    transaction-related problems between buyers and sellers

We are proud to have one of the few buyer/seller mediation programs offered in Southern California by a REALTOR® association.
