CRMLS
For members who purchase an MLS-inclusive membership, North San Diego County REALTORS® offers affordable access to CRMLS, the best tool to help REALTORS® and brokers expand their turf. Unlike other REALTOR® Associations, we offer early access to CRMLS, which helps you tap into more data shares and grow your area coverage.
Member Education
North San Diego County REALTORS® provides members with top-notch educational opportunities. In addition to offering free CRMLS Courses our dedicated staff is available for customized, in-house or virtual training.
Industry Savings
North San Diego County REALTORS® members save time and money through access to industry savings. Members receive free access to the Inman Select Subscription and to RE Technology. Our members also receive savings provided by the California Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.
Fighting for Our Community
North San Diego County REALTORS® has over 6,000 members, making it one of the largest advocacy groups for REALTORS® in Southern California. We have local career enhancement opportunities through political action groups, special savings and benefit programs. We also extend the advocacy efforts of the National Association of REALTORS® on behalf of REALTORS® and property owners North San Diego County.
Legislative Advocacy
North San Diego County REALTORS® works tirelessly to ensure our members are given a platform and a voice on issues that impact REALTORS®. Every voting season, we have Candidate and Issue Forums, providing opportunities for members to meet candidates running for office. Our Government Affairs Team also advocates on issues affecting private property rights and housing affordability.
