Stay ahead of the curve by becoming a designated or certified specialist in your field! The National Association of REALTORS® provides a wide-range of designation and certification programs that assist

you in increasing skills, proficiency and knowledge. Designations and certifications can be acquired by attending a live class at NSDCAR or online.

Based on the data from the 2011 NAR Member Profile Survey, the median income of REALTORS® without a designation was $26,900 and the median income of those with at least one designation was $49,300. A difference of $22,400.
