If you have a question or suggestion, please email one of the committee members on the left.
Great things have always been expected of Districts 3 and 4.
Together they make up one of the largest areas within the NSDCAR district system, from South Solana Beach all the way to North Carlsbad. And in between are 10 zip codes that include some of the most desirable neighborhoods and communities as well as some of the most stunning landscapes within our county.
These two districts are also home to over 37% of the association’s active membership. So, not only are the housing opportunities within District 3 and 4 varied and diverse, the member agents and affiliates who serve these areas can be quite different and have many different backgrounds, experience levels and business models.
The 2010 LDCC members and committees are dedicated to continue to add value and service to our entire diverse two districts and all of their unique members. This year, watch as we continue to grow and improve our weekly Marketing Session- Tour 701, already one of the largest, best attended and supported marketing sessions in the County. Each Wednesday morning
District 3 and 4 agents are putting together deals for their clients. If you’ve not been in a while, you’re invited to see all of the excitement for yourself.
The 2010 District 3 and 4 LDCC have also embraced our goal to get more information out to the members in our districts. Dozens of dedicated volunteers attend meetings at the national, state and local level on your behalf. They have timely and important information to report that may help or impact our districts’ members. The 2010 District 3
and 4 LDCC
will work hard to ensure that this info is distributed.
On behalf of the 2010 District 3 and 4 Local District Coordinating Committee, thank you for your support. All of us welcome and encourage any suggestions, concerns or ideas that you may have.
