Commercial Real Estate is a very broad category of business in the real
estate field. It can cover industrial and office buildings, land, apartments,
hotel/motel properties, retail businesses, and many other areas.
Commercial real estate differs from residential real estate in many ways. Some of those are: ownership of the property, financing, market area, holding period, and maintenance. These differences create a whole new training process, a new language, and in fact, a whole new way of doing business. The Commercial Division of NSDCAR was organized to help agents and brokers face this myriad of challenges by:
 Robert (Bob) W. Steele, S.E.C., has won numerous local and national awards, including the national Society of Exchange Counselors' Counselor of the Year award.
