IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING SAN ELIJO HILLS AND CARAVAN!
Please note starting June 1, 2008, San Elijo Hills will
NO LONGER be a part of the Carlsbad/Encinitas Tour 701.
The road is now complete that allows access to San Elijo Hills from San Marcos and using the route through Carlsbad
is no longer necessary.
To place a San Elijo Hills property on caravan you would need to use the San Marcos Tour 602.
NSDCAR caravans and tours are provided for the benefit of NSDCAR REALTORS®, Associated Professionals, and Affiliate members.
Non-members and guests who are potential marketing session sponsors are welcome to visit one time before joining the appropriate membership category as Affiliate or Associated Professional Member.
REALTORS from other Associations are welcome to participate under the same rules and procedures as NSDCAR members. Out of state REALTORS will need to provide proof of REALTOR membership.
MLS-Only participants may showcase a property for a fee of $40 per property.
All Caravan and Open House Tours are held on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, depending on zip code:

How to Place a Property on a Tour or a Caravan

To place your listing on caravan or tour, use the
Tour Function of the Tempo system, as you have always done. This will register your property for viewing.
Each area has its own tour number. (If you are unsure which tour number applies to your listing, look for your zip code, above). |

To include your listing in the PowerPoint presentation at the marketing session, email a copy of the Buyer Report page from Tempo to the corresponding nsdcar.com tour address. The subject line must include: Tour Date, MLS Listing Number and Agent Name. So that you may be notified of any changes, please include your phone number in the body of the message. (The tour report no longer includes the agent phone number).
