CALL FOR C.A.R AND N.A.R. DIRECTOR CANDIDATES C.A.R. Director The Association is currently accepting applications to serve as Director of the California Association of REALTORS® (CAR) representing NSDCAR for calendar year 2009. A review panel will review all applications and make its recommendation to the Board of Directors for final decision in June. The number of seats allocated to NSDCAR has not yet been announced. Eligibility requirements are: Be active in the real estate industry as an agent, manager, or broker/owner, Be a Member in Good Standing of NSDCAR, Have participated as a volunteer on one or more NSDCAR committees, work groups, task forces, or governing body (including at the District level). Director The Association is currently accepting applications to serve as Director of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) representing NSDCAR for the term beginning January 1, 2009 and ending December 31, 2011. The position, however, is reviewable and renewable annually. There is one (1) seat available at this time. A review panel will review all applications and interview candidates for this appointment. Final decision is made by the NSDCAR Board of Directors in May. Eligibility requirements are on the application form. The deadline to apply is April 25, 2008. |
