   his new category of membership was created to:
(1) recognize the close and vital working relationship of various fields of professionals and their respective industries in effecting the real
estate transaction, (2) enhance the working relationship among Associated Professional Members and between Associated Professionals
and the REALTOR® members of NSDCAR, and (3) formalize our respect for co-professionals in the real estate industry.
Associated Professional (AP) Member status is reserved for those individuals who are directly involved in the real estate transaction process (i.e., title, lender, escrow, appraiser) other than through residential and/or commercial brokerage, and who are not REALTOR members of the Association of REALTORS®. The NSDCAR Bylaws provide for the appointment of an Associated Professional to a voting seat on the Board of Directors. The Associated Professionals as a group provide the Board with the names of three (3) AP members to be considered for appointment for a term of one year. As an Associated Professional Member you receive a number of valuable benefits, including: • The right to vote on the Annual Election and other Association issues. • The right to hold a voting seat on the NSDCAR Board of Directors. • The right to use the Associated Professional logo on printed material. A camera-ready logo will be provided to you at no cost. • First chance to participate in a wide variety of advertising and sponsorship opportunities. • Special discounts on various programs, products and services of the Association. |
