Helping to Stamp Out Hunger! NSDCAR District 6 Donates Over $2,000 to North County Food Bank

District 6 Members donated over $2,000 to the North County Food Bank at their December 9 marketing session!

Michael Lawson, Director of the North County Community Services Food Bank was on hand to receive the donation. In thanking members for the generous donation, Lawson gave some statistics on how much the donation would assist in the cause of feeding those less fortunate.

$2,000 provides 7,000 meals and 8,750 pounds of food.
7,000 meals can feed a family of 4 for 1.5 years.

Great work District 6!
